Munnar – Thekkady

DAY 01 : COCHIN – MUNNAR ( 140 KMS – 04 Hours drive )

Upon arrival at Cochin Airport / Ernakulam railway station, you will received and drive to Munnar. Munnar is a land of Misty Mountains and spectacular tea plantations. The best hill station of Kerala. Watch the spectacular beauty of Tea Gardens; enjoy the nature, where the cloud turns into mist, which may touch you with a romantic feeling. On the way visit Pine Apple Garden, Rubber Plantations, Spice Plantations, Valara Falls, Cheeyappara Falls. Check in at Hotel & overnight stay at Munnar.

DAY 02 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Munnar – visit Mattupetty Dam: There is 15 Minutes Boat Drive in this Dam & boating at own cost, coordinate with driver,  Kundale Lake, Echo Point ((The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here), Shooting Point and Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park (will be closed on February and March in every year). Back to hotel & overnight stay in Munnar.

DAY 03 : MUNNAR – THEKKADY ( 110 KMS – 03 Hours drive )

After breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to Thekkady (Periyar). On the way, you will witness the abundant natural beauty. Once you are in Thekkady you can experience the hill station in all its pristine natural beauty adorned with green pastures of spice plantations, beautiful rivulets, cascading waterfalls and dense forests. You will be checked-in at the hotel & freshen up. If time permits you can avail some activities (Optional) on Extra Cost: Spice Plantation Visit, Elephant Safari. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

DAY 04: THEKKADY SIGHTSEEING

After Breakfast at Thekkady, you can have some exciting time by going on a boat ride on the expansive waters of the Periyar dam. The two hours of boating will give you a myriad of opportunities to observe wild animals grazing, drinking water and coming down from the dense forest that fence the lake. Programmes such as nature walk, bamboo rafting and Periyar tiger trail are organized by the forest department, here. You can do Optional Activities on Extra Cost: Martial Arts, Kathakali, Elephant Safari, Jeep Safari

DAY 05 : THEKKADY – COCHIN ( 100 KMS – 03 Hours drive )

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Cochin Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station for onward journey.
