DAY 01 :   COCHIN – ATHIRAPALLY

Arrival at Cochin Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station and drive to Athirapilly – about 63 km. Athirapilly Waterfalls is a popular picnic spot where water plunges from a height of nearly 80 feet before joining the Chalakudi River. Also visit Vazhachal water falls.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Athirapilly.

DAY 02:    ATHIRAPILLY – GURUVAYUR (80 kms  – 2 hrs drive)- ATHIRAPILLY

After breakfast excursion to Guruvayur. Visit here the temples like: Sri Guruvayur Temple, MahmiyurMahadevan Temple, Parthasarthy Temple. Back to hotel & overnight stay at  Athirapilly.

DAY 3 :- ATHIRAPALLY – WAYANAD (250 KMS  – 7 HRS DRIVE)-

Today move to Wayanad – Kalpatta / Sultan batheri, Visit Chain Tree, Vythiri view point, Check in the Hotel. Freshen up and relax. Remaining day at leisure. Stay overnight stay at the hotel in Wayanad.

DAY 4 :- WAYANAD SIGHTSEEING

Post breakfast, proceed to explore the enchanting attractions of Wayanad. Gifted with sheer natural beauty, Wayanad is ideally located on the Western Ghats at an altitude of 700-200 m. It boasts of lovely rivers, forests, and lakes.

Head to Lakkidi, the gateway to Wayanad and is one of the highest points in Wayanad. Capture bird’s eye view of the valley from Lakkidi View Point and enjoy the beauty of lush green hills, streams, and gorges. Then head to Pookoda Lake, the highest natural freshwater lake in Kerala. It is a scenic lake surrounded by evergreen forests and mountain slopes. After this visit the wonderful Kuruva Island (a protected river delta) where you will find rare species of birds, herbal plants and orchids. It is accessible by rafts or fiber boats run by Kerala Tourism. Next on the list is Edakkal Caves, two natural caves with pictorial writings indicating prehistoric civilization in this region. Back to hotel & night stay at Wayanad.

DAY 05:- WAYANAD SIGHTSEEING

Move to visit Kurvadeep- Kuruvadweep Is one of the main tourist place in Wayanad. It is of 950-acre protected river delta and is the only island surrounded with naturally purified water source in Kerala. Pazhssi Raja Tomb. Visit to Thirunelli, Pakshipathalam, and Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary. Night stay at Wayanad.

DAY 06:- WAYANAD – CALICUT( DEPARTURE)

After breakfast check out from the hotel & drop at Kozhikode Railway station/ Airport for your onwards journey.
