ONLINE RESERVATION:

* Car Bookings have to be made before 08-hours. However, Sand Pebbles Tours Operations Desk may be contacted if the vehicle is required within 08-hours.
* While making an on-line reservation, all information in the prescribed form has to be furnished.
* Online / offline Reservations invariably follow instant payment.
* Toll & Parking charges have to be borne by the customer on spot.
* In case of detention of Vehicle, Rs.100/- shall be charged per Hr.
* All reservations and transactions made through Sand Pebble’s website are subject to reconfirmation by Sand Pebbles Tours. Sand Pebbles Tours has the prerogative to regret a confirmed booking according to exigencies beyond their control.
* After On-Line Booking, You can check your status with our 24-Hrs service facility.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A) A transaction fee of Rs.100/- per Trip shall be charged if the booking is canceled 02-hours before the journey.
B) In case of No show, Rs.600/- will be charged.

REFUND POLICY:

After deduction of the cancellation fee, the balance amount will be credited to the customers account within 72-hours after the cancellation of the booking.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

* Transport Tariff is inclusive of Govt. Service Tax.
* Guests are requested to get the vehicle inspected by themselves prior to using. They are also requested to keep their personal belongings in their own custody. We do not shoulder any responsibility for the loss.
* In case the type of vehicle booked is not available at the time of journey due to some unforeseen reason, a similar type of car shall be provided to the guest.
* All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar legal jurisdiction only.
